Membership Publications
The Postmasters Gazette
The Postmasters Gazette, the award-winning monthly membership publication of the National Association of Postmasters of the United States, has been published continually since the early 1900s. The four-color magazine is published 10 times a year and mailed to all NAPUS members as part of their membership dues. The nonmember subscription rate is $18 per year.
Manuscript/Photo Submissions
Articles submitted for publication must be word processed and double-spaced; please do not use all capital letters. The author’s name and phone number must accompany all articles. The editor reserves the right to edit articles for length and to conform to the publication’s editorial style.
Articles, photos and/or artwork should be mailed to Postmasters Gazette, P.O. Box 734, Front Royal, VA 22630; (540) 636-2569, phone/fax; with a copy of just the article also mailed to the editor—Drew Martin, Postmaster, West Jefferson, NC 28694. Please submit a stamped, self-addressed envelope for the return of photos/artwork.
Electronic Submissions
Articles may be e-mailed to kbalentyoung@gmail.com, with copies to dbmartin@skybest.com. The submitter’s name and phone number must appear on all e-mailed articles.
Photos/artwork should be e-mailed to kbalentyoung@gmail.com. If the photos are to large to e-mail, mail to the Front Royal address.
