Training Course Material Also Available on NAPUS POStPlan website link.

The 86 hour APO/RMPO training course is now available on the USPS Blue Page for impacted Postmasters.  Links to the respective training pages are also available on the NAPUS website, by clicking on the POStPlan banner (#2.)   Both the APO/RMPO files and the Skills Matrix files are also attached.  About mid-way through the APO/RMPO training attachment is a complete listing of the training modules and their representative times. For the most part, the actual training is the same as was available prior to POStPlan – but based on our Task Force meetings last July and August – additional training was added, and some modifications made to address the POStPlan environment.

After months of consultations between the two Postmaster organizations and Postal Headquarters representatives, the POStPlan Implementation process will now include a zone of tolerance (ZOT) for POStPlan impacted offices.
