The link is a wonderful tool, and when your attendees click the link, not only
will it take them to our reservation site, but the AWD# will follow them also!
Sometimes when you copy and paste the link it disassociates the = at the end
of the link which causes this URL to malfunction when clicked. You can tell
that the = is disassociated with the link because 1.) the = isn't underlined and
2.) when the link is clicked you get a Temporary Outage Page.
When this happens:
1. Right click on the link in the document.
2. Select "Hyperlink" then "Edit Hyperlink".
3. On the Edit Hyperlink popup in the field that says "Type the file or Web page
name" go to the end of the link in that field and add the = back on.
4. OPTIONAL: If you want, while you are in that Edit Hyperlink popup, in the
"Text to Display" field, overwrite the text with any text that you want.
5. Click "OK"

beginning on Saturday September 8 at 9:00am at the Albuquerque Convention
Center.

at the Albuquerque Convention Center or to save some time, you can print the
