A. Ruthie Cauble
NAPUS National Secretary-Treasurer
2007 – 2008

Ruthie is in her 23rd year with the United States Postal Service and has served for more than 20 years as a Postmaster, having served as levels 15, 18 and now serving as a level 20 Postmaster in Benton, Illinois.  She joined NAPUS the day she was installed as Postmaster, and has been active from her very first day of membership.

Her various NAPUS positions at the state level included Membership Chair, Postmaster Representation Co-Chair, Training Conference Chair, and four years as Illinois State Secretary/Treasurer.  On the National level Ruthie has served on the Budget Committee and Fiscal Policy Committee, and served as Area 13 National Vice President 2003-2004.   She was also appointed to represent NAPUS on two Headquarters Pilot Programs.

Ruthie and her daughter Sara, 20, reside in Benton, Illinois.
