A Curious Issa Letter to the President of the United States
Last week, House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa (R-CA) sent President Obama a letter, requesting that he — the President of the U.S. — propose three postal provisions to a House drafted stop-gap government spending bill.
