Banquet Seating:
A banquet seating ticket exchange will take place during the convention to assign chapter seating. Each chapter Secretary/Treasurer (or a designated representative) will participate in the exchange to determine which banquet tables the chapter will be assigned. Banquet exchange tickets will be enclosed in your conference materials. It is the individual chapter Secretary/Treasurer’s responsibility to collect the exchange tickets prior to the banquet seating selection so that an accurate number of seats can be assigned to the given state. If you do not provide your exchange ticket to your Secretary/Treasurer prior to the exchange you will not have a seat for the banquet.
Hotel Reservation:
NAPUS has a special rate available at the convention hotels beginning on September 10, 2012. NAPUS Headquarters will not handle room reservations.

Every reservation must be confirmed with a deposit to the hotel in the amount of your first nights’ lodging and this deposit is non-refundable after July 1, 2013. All room cancellations must be made directly with the hotel. To secure these rates, you must identify yourself as part of the NAPUS convention when placing your reservation. This rate is only available until July 12, 2013, or until all rooms in the blocks are sold, whichever comes first.

Registration Cancellation Refund Policy:
Requests for cancellation refunds must be made in writing and be sent to the address below. Requests must be postmarked by April 1, 2013 for 75% refund, and by July 1, 2013 for 50% refund. No refunds will be given after
July 1, 2013. These dates will be strictly adhered to; exemptions may be made with approval of the NAPUS National Executive Committee.
