Room Rate:  $234 (1-4 pp)  Cut off date for this rate is 2/8/2014, based on a space and rate available basis at the NAPUS group rate after this date.

  • Conference Banquet and Dance will be held on Monday night, March 17
  • Visits to Capitol Hill will be held on Tuesday, March 18
  • There are no events planned by NAPUS on Wednesday, March 19

Registration & Cancellation Policy

Requests for cancellation refunds must be made in writing and be sent to the address below. Requests must be postmarked by February 8, 2014.

Hotel Reservations

NAPUS has reserved a block of rooms at the discounted rate of $234 Single/Double/Triple/Quad plus tax.  You must call the Crystal Gateway Marriott Hotel directly to make reservations at (703) 920-3230. This rate will be available on a first come, first served basis until February 8, 2014; rooms may be depleted well before January, so please call as quickly as possible.

Banquet Seating

Registrants will be seated with their chapters on a first come basis. Registrations received after February 8, 2014 are not guaranteed to be placed at chapter tables and will be seated where space is available. Banquet tickets will be enclosed in your conference materials distributed at the beginning of the conference.
